All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–4 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and official public holidays. Order processing time does not include shipping transit time.
During peak seasons, promotional events, or high-volume periods, order processing may be delayed by 1–3 additional business days. We will notify customers via email if significant delays occur.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer standard international shipping for all valid orders. Estimated delivery times are listed below (transit time excludes processing time):

All delivery times are estimated only and not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may vary due to logistics arrangement, transportation distance, weather conditions, customs clearance, and other uncontrollable factors.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on item weight, package size, and delivery destination. The exact shipping fee will be automatically displayed and confirmed at checkout before you complete payment.
Free shipping is available for orders that meet our designated order amount threshold. Qualifying conditions will be displayed on the checkout page.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment status. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update and display full logistics details.

5. International Shipping & Customs

Our store supports international shipping to most regions worldwide. Customers are responsible for understanding local import regulations in their destination country.
Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees (if applicable) are not included in product prices or shipping charges. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are collected by local customs or courier companies upon arrival.
We are not responsible for delivery delays, holds, or returns caused by customs inspection, local policy restrictions, or unpaid import fees.

6. Shipping Delays & Uncontrollable Circumstances

We do not guarantee fixed delivery dates and are not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: logistics carrier delays, customs clearance delays, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, public emergencies, flight suspension, and local policy adjustments.
Delays do not qualify for order cancellation, refund, or compensation unless confirmed and approved by our official customer service team.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping address information, including recipient name, phone number, street address, postal code, and region. We will not be liable for lost packages, return shipments, or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
Address modification requests after shipment dispatch cannot be guaranteed. Any additional fees incurred for address changes or reshipment shall be borne by the customer.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing items, please contact our customer service with photos and relevant evidence within 48 hours after delivery confirmation.
For packages confirmed as lost in transit by the logistics carrier, we will provide reshipment or refund solutions in accordance with our order rules after verification.

9. Undeliverable & Returned Orders

Orders returned due to customer reasons (including but not limited to refusal of delivery, invalid address, unclaimed package, unpaid customs fees) will be processed in accordance with our after-sales rules. Reshipment fees and related losses will be borne by the customer.
